Production processes:
Cutting
• CNC controlled, automatically cutting out of glass plates dimension from 1600-2000 to 3210x6000,
Grinding
• CNC controlled double edge grinding lines for rectangular shapes and CNC controlled one or double spindle grinding machines for other non regular shapes (example: diagonally cuts and radiuses).
Drilling
• For drilling we use two different technologies. For standard circle holes diameter smaller than 50mm we use traditional spindles with diamond tools. For bigger and non-regular holes we use water jet cutting heads. Both use CNC control for best accuracy.
Decoration
• We make printing using silk-screen print method. Ceramic paint used for this process assure required terminal and mechanical resistance.
Tempering
• We temper glass using physical characteristic of thermal shock. Glass is electrically heated up to temperature 640-680 o C (910-950 K) and after fast cooled down by air flow.
Processes performed in HART-SM generate improved physical resistance, which for deferent products has specific meaning:
• higher thermal resistance (aprox. 350 o C),
• higher mechanical resistance,
• Required brakeage fragmentation, which is key feature considering our products secure.

• 5 BYSTRONIC cutting tables for half JUMBO dimension glass (2500x1600)
• 1 LISEC cutting table for laminated Glass
• 15 grinding lines for rectangular shapes (C-kant, A-kant, POLER)

• 7 machines for non- regular shapes (example: diagonally cuts and radiuses)(BYSTRONIC, R&S)
• 3 Water jet cutting machines 8 heads,
